Exactly what Ive come to expect from TG
Like their business class lounges which are stocked with hard boiled eggs, boiled ham and hot dogs, and decorated with broken and threadbare furniture, this app underwhelms. One may speculate that, after launching the app, the airline has simply allowed inertia to carry it forward. Old links, such as those to the Royal Orchid pages (presumably where their most "valuable" customers visit), have been allowed to expire.
One wonders how it is possible for the airline to manage the much larger and more difficult task of scheduling maintenance for their fleet of aircraft...
