Airline is great but this app is completely useless. You shoud take example of what other airlines can provide (Air France, Delta, KLM, BA...). Please, change this app.

You better make this application able for booking on all flight, means national and international.

Basic functions do not work. For example looking up seat reservation or pasting in a booking code. I only can hope, Thai airways is taking more care of their planes than they did with making this App.

Doesnt work under IOS 8.3 (last Apple software update. Please correct. Thanks in advance.

Doesnt even work! Just an error message and the start screen freezes! Waste of time!

Actual version of this app is not working on iPhone6, neither with LTE or WIFI. Seems the app can not connect to the the server. Even the feedback function is not working anymore!

Busines client wants Book flight to Germany with my acount "Royal Orchid Plus" not possible with the app !!!! Whether theres an upgrade ..... impossible for Thailands largest airline! There cheap flights to Germany / DUS / FRA / CGN from only Bankok no longer the last resort and in 2016 soon bad for Thailand

Very disappointing!! What were you thinking when you developed this app??? Cant you just copy the ones from Lufthansa or Singapore airlines??? Have you tried your own app??? I would be ashamed if I were you.

For sure not a mobile app. So bad, so unacceptable and inconvenient. What kind of people have programmed this?? You really need to improve this and make it easy and handy.

Extremely bad and disappointing app! Its the Thai airlines website. Doesnt remember booking details, always have to re key in the booking reference. Worst airline app Ive ever used!

I usually dont write comment on apps. But this time I have to do so - this App is not even worth the memory on the phone. It only squeezes the web page into an "app-like" frame and even this doesnt work properly ... If the airline would be like the app, I wouldnt get even close to their planes, fortunately the airline is billion miles better than this app. So dear Thai Air CFO - spend some money and resources on programming a state-of-the-art app, the current one is the worst app of all the numerous airlines Ive been travelling with so far
