Please update this app. Looks horrible and its basically useless. Im a Royal Orchid Plus Gold member and i would like to use this app as it should be. Book tickets, check my account to see all the flights i took and not only the last 5. Please update...

Like their business class lounges which are stocked with hard boiled eggs, boiled ham and hot dogs, and decorated with broken and threadbare furniture, this app underwhelms. One may speculate that, after launching the app, the airline has simply allowed inertia to carry it forward. Old links, such as those to the Royal Orchid pages (presumably where their most "valuable" customers visit), have been allowed to expire. One wonders how it is possible for the airline to manage the much larger and more difficult task of scheduling maintenance for their fleet of aircraft...

Completely useless app, the ROP link has expired, there is no real app architecture, just takes you to web pages which dont load properly. Checkin is a nightmare, keyboard in non intuitive. It says supports wallet, not sure with what - the useless digital membership card cant even be put into it. One of the worst, no wait the WORST airline app I have ever used.

This is, without a doubt, the worse airline app I have ever installed on my phone! This is primarily due to the very poor design and also the redirection to the mobile page, which doesnt work or load properly. Its an utter embarrassment that Thai Airways doesnt seem to acknowledge. So sad...

This app is simply a waste of space on your iDevice. This app does nothing better than the current website can do for you and all the functionality that is broken on the website carries on to this app. The person who procured or approved this app on behalf of Thai airways should be fired for incompetence. And just in case youre wondering, a truly world-class airline with a world-class app is Singapore airlines. Thai Airways should learn from them.

At least all major Asian carriers completed iPhone app. Love Thai.

I cant tracking and booking and......all!!!!

I love thai airways but i think this programm is useless, you cant ever book a flight just check timetable. I think Thai airways should make a button : "book a flight"like other airlines did.

Needs a lot of improvement a very lousy http app which can not compare to other major airline app

Terrible functionality. Almost everything I attempt returns an error. Cannot view flight status or see any of my bookings. Dont bother with this app

Passbook on iOS(Electronics boarding pass) should be available for all kind of booking like via web or phone because I was disappointed. I booked my ticket via web, and I hope that I can see my flight information on passbook on my iPhone.

I downloaded this app today. Needed current information on flights changed or delayed due to weather. The app either closes abruptly or gives error message that it cannot connect!

App freezes and never opens

App only redirects you to their website that doesnt work on the phone. Poor.

This app is an embarrassment to Thai. It can be used to check in for your flight, but it doesnt have any of the features you would expect from an airline app. Where is my itinerary? Whats the current status of my flight?
